However the place itself was very nice, spacious and clean, but i specifically wanted a view which i did not get. In addition, i was woken up every morning by very loud street noise and had to sleep with headphones on (i would not have had the issue of street noise if i had gotten the original room i booked). Other than that the location is very convenient and the host was responsive. Just little things to note theres no holders for the toilet paper and bathroom mirror lighting may not be the best for applying makeup since its dark. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Great home base for your trip to Toronto Downtown. I would also like to say that it was very nice that we were met at the building and given a tour of the premises. The place is very neat. I was a bit unsure if we made the right choice, as this was our first time trying a “Aparthotel”, but once we were there and checked in, we were pleased. We were actually relocated to a different building, but was not an issue for us, just basically around the corner and half block away. Excellent location for walking anywhere. Great communication with the property attendant, not sure if he owned the condo or not. I think they need to fix the lighting in the bathroom. Note: the phone number that comes in the confirmation email is wrong, it’s a dead number. We communicated through the Hotels.com app and then we got the right number. This is a bit frustrating at first. We met at the building entrance at the check-in time, and the host personally showed us the room and handed us the keys. The room was newly built, very clean, and the building had staff on site, ensuring security and safety. We could reach out anytime for help, and they were very accommodating. Since it's a newly built building, the address wasn't accurate on Google Maps, but delivery worked when using Nobu Residences Toronto. If I visit downtown Toronto again, I would gladly make a reservation here.
