The property manager is really nice guy, he helped me to do whatever he can. I was check in at around 1am, when we were about to sleep, security guy knocked on our door and if we are ok. It was awful but totally understandable as we checkin in the mid night. Everything is clean, with the price. Can’t complaint. There is no Sound proof.
Property is in a great area, very central to many attractions downtown and lots of great markets in Chinatown. The property is quite dirty and the owner is not the friendliest person in the world. During my stay there was a change of the door code and when I called the owner to get the new code, I was hung up on. I finally did get the new code, and then after found out from a security guard onsite that it was change because a local homeless person had found it out from another guest.
The places had a rank smell. The sheets were thin. The bathroom was dirty. The public washing machine was broken. There was no extra toilet paper. The bed was a fold out and was very uncomfortable.
I left early!
Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. No hooks in anthropomorphic for towels. Sink had debris from previous visitor in drain.
Will not use again on my next visit to Toronto. Can’t recommend this place.
