this Hotel is AMAZING!!! the Staff is lovely, polite and helpful. Doris at the front desk is amazing. the hotel food is good too. the rooftop bar Kost is out of this world the view from the rooftop is incredible. the drinks and food at Kost were GREAT!!! Definitely staying at this hotel when I come back to Toronto

This is a beautiful, modern decor hotel. S9me of the floors are decorated by Lenny Kravitz. The walls are velvet and the bathroon floor is heated. The shower is huge and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and its very centrally located to lots of things like chinatown, kensingston market, rogers centre and public transportation. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and the entire place smells amazing. My only complaint is the elevators are pretty slow and there is a club type place on the 44th floor. Weekends can get a little noisy throughout the night. Other nights were quiet.
