The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, simple, and hassle-free, and all of the motel’s policies were explained clearly. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly, and parking was easily accessible and convenient. Although my stay was short, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend the Motel 6 Whitby location to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

If you are looking for a basic room, this is what you will get. Cheapest rate, safe area, safe walk to the GO station, which is why we stayed there (to go to a concert at Roger’s Center)

No fridge in the room we got which was a bit disappointing, but a big bucket of ice did the trick. The beds were clean and comfy. Cute triangular shower stall which was unique. It was all it needed to be. A room for the night. Would for sure stay again when in the area.

When we arrived at the address we thought we were in the incorrect place. We booked with Super 8. The ladies at the desk advised us that perhaps the Super 8 did not have any more rooms. We were okay with that as we understood their explanations. The room was clean as well as the bed linens. The towels however need to be replaced. It felt like I was using a towel made of sandpaper. Our stay was very short, 9:15pm to 8:30 am - - 11:15 hours. Did not see any amenities as we were not there long. We were in a hurry to get to our next stop for a 10:30 morning wedding. Thank you.

Nice air conditioned rooms. The cleanest rooms are on the 3rd floor. The dirtiest rooms are on the first floor since they allow pets in those rooms only. Not sure how the second floor rooms are. Overall a decent experience and the customer service I received was pretty good. Not bad for a budget friendly motel. I suggest you take a look at the room you're getting before you pay for anything in the case where you don't pre-book a room.

Room was clean, well maintained and reasonably quiet. I was near an outdoor exit to the parking so there was some noise from comings and goings in the evening but things settled down by 10:30 pm. Water pressure could be better but this seems to be a common issue with hotels trying to save water. Location is easy to get to and there are a couple of fast food options across the parking lot. This is a basic hotel with basic rooms in line with the basic price! I would stay here again.

I was looking for an in expensive stay and they say you get what you pay for. The lobby had a weird smell. It is very dated. The room was small and didn’t have a fridge. The bed was squeaky and only had 1 pillow each. The ice machine didn’t work on the second floor. The staff at the front desk were both nice.

If you simply need a roof over your head, this is convenient off the 401. It was pet friendly which is why we chose it and the dog didn't mind at all. It is nothing special but did the trick for the weekend.

The motel is quite run down and could really use a refresh. The bed was not very comfortable and the shower head did not have a lot of pressure and the streams of water were sporatic. Half the lights didn't work. I also asked for a fridge, but it wasn't plugged into the correct outlet so when I arrived it wasn't cold. The staff were friendly and helpful. My sink was clogged and they managed to get it working with the first hour of check in. The location suited me and there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
