The property and rooms are impeccable. The location is excellent - right in the heart of downtown. When we arrived for check-in our room was not available so we were upgraded to a suite. Overall it was the perfect stay.

I really thought the hotel was beautiful and stylish. Most of the staff were really great and accommodating and that was great. And I did like our room for the most part. However it was a very high pricepoint per night (600 ) and there was bubbling wall paper from water damage and a massive stain on the carpet in our room and peeling wall paper with black mold in the hallway infront of our room. I was kinda shocked. There was also no hot tub as it was blocked off with caution tape and we were really looking forward to that and the pool ladders and areas around it would very rusty and not clean looking. We also didn’t have a room key for the first day we were there so anytime we left our room or needed to go anywhere we had to ask the front desk to take us. I understand they were having technical issues but not what I would expect from a premium hotel. Again beautiful spot but I didn’t feel it was worth 600 a night and definitely some structural issues. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either and just so much moisture.

What didn't like: The bathroom. The sink is way too high for the average person. I'm five two and it was really uncomfortable to utilize the sink, brush teeth, etc. Also that shower head - impossible to set the temp properly - went from just right to hot or cold ... yikes! Other than that the room was great!
