Amazing resort! We stayed here for 4 nights and I wish we had booked for longer. We arrived a couple hours before check in time, but we were advised that our room was ready! We had booked a 7-day all-inclusive holiday at Villa Del Palmar during Christmas. When we arrived to check in, they upgraded us to their sister resort adjacent to Villa Del Palmar, the 5-star Garza Blanca. We had access to the amenities of both resorts. All the staff are so nice here. Elias was awesome he helped make the trip special. Our last breakfast we had on vacation he was so sweet and brought us some dessert shots on a cute plate.

Overall experience was great! Food, service, staff, amenities all just wonderful!

Food was good, clean place, good customer service. The only thing that we didn’t like is to pay every time to sit next to the pool. When we booked we chose all inclusive, but it didn’t seem like it because we have to pay everyday to join the seat on the pool

No buffet dinners, only breakfast and lunch. All the restaurants need to make reservations. They are all superb. Usually the Japanese restaurants in Caribbean resorts are sub-par. This one was higher quality than expected.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well. The staff immediately took care of our needs and welcomed us with cool towels and arrival drinks. Check-in was simple and fast. The atrium of the main building is as stunning in person as it looks on the Internet. We recommend eating at KAO during your trip, which is located one the lowest floor in the center of this atrium. No other words than excellent. The staff extremely attentive, the rooms were super comfortable, the air conditioner was great, kept humidity out completely. Even though the rooms have carpet, the rooms (and the whole building) smell beautiful. My only negative was the bathroom counter space, there was nowhere to put our toiletries without cluttering the counter, it has double sink making it very limited on where you can put the toiletries for three people. This resort delivers on the promise of a great party! While they do have a quiet pool for people to take a break, I can’t speak to it. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation - this is not the resort for you. The staff were very friendly and super attentive. I felt incredibly safe. And the food was excellent (some of the best resort food I’ve had). Never had trouble getting into an a la carte restaurant, and the buffet was terrific for all meals.
