"We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto in the future! Staff were very accommodating and helpful, we enjoyed exploring the shops ans restaurants in the area, and our daughter really enjoyed the pool!"
"Great staff and facilities. Only complaint was the shower in the room. The knob is extremely counter intuitive to get the faucet running (Pull outwards to get water). Pulling it also requires so much force it feels like we might break something. "
The Britt Condos by GLOBALSTAY in Downtown Toronto
4/10 Poor
"We booked a condo at the Britt on Bay Street for 5 people with a pullout couch and a balcony . When we tried to check in there we were at the wrong place . The check in receipt had a different address then what we booked and did not have a balcony or a pullout couch . One of our kids had to sleep on a couch that was terribly uncomfortable."
