From the moment we stepped on the property to moment we left on our shuttle every employee was smiling and very friendly! The only thing I wish they had was food service at your pool chair. Tons of bar service walking around but ordering food around the pool wasn’t an option. "

"Very nice and clean property. Staff are so attentive and hard working. Lots of vegetarian food options in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of bars with variety of drinks and liquor available. Very nice and clean beach front resort with fancy pool and cabanas, dedicated pool for children. Easily accessible from airport and downtown Cancun. Allowed us early check in by 3-4 hours. Highly recommend for someone with a family or even if its just girls trip or boys trip. "
