Beach was sandy quiet and nice. I did not like limited and very expensive dining options. Warning to travellers Do Not Buy into the Vacation Club sales presentation… NOTHING has changed from there presentation from other timeshare programs in the past. You can never get out of it …still lifetime maintenance fee( term used different but the same idea) … almost convinced again ( we were previous timeshare holders at a different company and fortunately we were able to get out of it when the company went bankrupt) but READ the Final contracts well before signing. Timeshare is timeshare no matter what they call it .

My teen and I had an awesome stay. Felt so safe, the staff were wonderful, and the ocean and pools were excellent. The food was very good too. I would come back for sure. Only thing was, not very walkable (the heat also makes it less walkable), it was nice to be first picked up and dropped off on excursions.

This is a very clean property and the staff are all very friendly. It is undergoing renovation, the newly renovated areas look nice. Lots of pools on both sides of the property to take advantage if the sun at all times. It is a bit isolated away from the city so you need to be happy just staying on the property. There is plenty to eat and the ocean is right there, so if thats what you're interested in, its a great location. The food is pretty expensive in my opinion but even off the property that was true. We paid at least $150-200 USD each meal even without alcohol.

I had a lot of issues with the room and housekeeping those were fixed the day before i left the ac was still not working properly when i left and they never offered to give me another room the property although very nice needs upgrading. The landscaping is dry and falling apart and dinning is very limited and the sports bar was dull

First of all, I arrived the hotel at 12 noon and staff said they have room ready but asked me to add more money per day and I can early check in the room, otherwise wait until 4pm. That's not nice even they have room ready and not let me in. Second, not much choice for food. The restaurant Arena's waiter not nice and we ate there at the first day for 2 hours lunch and waiting for the room ready but the waiter asked us to check the bill means we need to leave. Sea & stone we ate 2 nights dinner, steak and mushroom risotto were delicious but expensive. We ate breakfast buffet every morning cost because we have no choice for food, just 3 restaurants and one deli shop. Nothing outside the hotel. No supermarket no deli shop. Even ride a bus and went to the other plaza, nothing interesting inside the plaza and very empty. I can only do activities inside the hotel and I don't know what the actual Cancun was. I think I will not go to Cancun again because if I want beach and swim, I can go to Miami or Manhattan Beach and no need to go to Cancun Mexico.

My husband and I just returned from a weeklong stay here. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway by the beach, this is the spot. The beach views are gorgeous. The staff, particularly the servers at the breakfast buffet and sports bar, were very kind and attentive. We loved the breakfast buffet and the pools! They had fun activities every day like Name That Tune and water aerobics. It was a short ride from the airport, which is a bonus. We didn’t come to Cancún for the night life so we didn’t care that it was a little removed from the rest of the hotel zone. The fitness center is high-quality, the AC was ice-cold, and it was quiet. The only thing I didn’t love was that they didn’t accept cash at the market or restaurants. Overall we had a great experience. Would stay there again.

The amenities and the pool area is very nice. The room are a little outdated and the water temperature in the shower is not good the hot water and cold water does not mix well. Sometimes it is too hot then it’s too cold.
