« We were recently guests of the hotel for a week and wanted to share our experience. In short I would say skip the hotel and find another one for your money. I go into detail further. The resort has some positives and a few negatives that we could not ignore. The positives include the rooms. They are clean and have very nice views of the ocean and resort below. "Chambre spacieuse ( King swim up) décorée avec goût avec coffre fort ( simple d’utilisation !) douche et baignoire, télé câblée, donnant sur la piscine de bord de mer ( à 5 m de la terrasse de la chambre ! ) avec vue magnifique sur l’ocean ( attention la piscine n’est pas privée , simplement « adulte only »). Calme le soir et au matin. 4 super piscines. Les options de restaurations avec 4 restaurants principaux (dont 2 sur réservations avec service à table inclus dans le all inclusive) sont top avec nourriture variée et de qualité . Le service est impeccable avec un personnel multiple toujours avenant. Les balades sur la plage à l’infini sont très sympa . La baignade est surveillée avec une eau chaude…. On note l’arrivée d’algues ( réchauffement climatique …)non franchement gênantes et ramassées en permanence. Un bon resort pour les familles avec enfants. Vraiment une bonne surprise que ce All inclusive ou nous séjournerons à nouveau si nous revenons sur Cancún . ( ce séjour faisait suite à un tour du Guatemala superbe mais fatigant)."

6/10 Acceptable

"Overall, room is great and updated but i have to say it’s the only positive point of the hotel. food is MEDiOCRE!!! Not a lot of choices and it’s always the same food. You will have to pay for basics to get hashbrowns in the morning for example. RUN from the lunch buffet. Dinner was okay but then again you would expect more variety and rotation in the food. There is only two family pools in the resort which is okay but still small for a resort. There is no umbrellaa for the pool or the beach which is unacceptable in my view. Staff is great. Having visited many other 4-5 star resorts on the hotel zone…this one is definitely considered a 3.5 star for what you get. "
