"The property is beautiful. Pool is clean. Beach is lovely. Food and drinks were excellent. In saying all that the real gem of this property is the staff ! They are wonderful! So hardworking. They will bend over backwards to please you. The only thing I would complain about ( nothing to do with the property or the staff) is that there was a lot of kids. We kept to the adult area, but unfortunately, the adults area isn’t very big by the pool. We really wanted to go to Excellence ( Adults Only) next door but they were fully booked. And in saying all this, would I go back to Finest??? absolutely! I would just prepare myself for all the kids. "

"Garza Blanca was an exceptional experience. We had read the reviews prior to our stay and went in with an open mind. The resort and rooms are immaculate, employees are constantly cleaning to make sure everything is spotless. Our butler Luis was checking in with us prior to our arrival and was so helpful throughout our stay. Our travel group consisted of 5 adults and 1 toddler. Our butler Luis created a chat with our family and was constantly checking. He assisted us with our dinner reservations, excursion and with our transportation. We was patient with all our questions and requests and we are so thankful for him! The food at the resort is NOT your typical all inclusive, it’s actually a lot better than we expected. Plenty of options per menu, and the food was on point with seasoning unlike some reviews we read. The beach was clean and workers constantly picking up sea weed. All of the pool attendants were so gracious, helpful and constantly ensuring we had our drinks and food when requested. Shout out to Patty for all her help! There are plenty of pool chairs for everyone and did not find it hard to reserve. 24 hour room service had plenty of options on the menu and all delivered within a reasonable time. We have no negative feedback and will definitely come back to visit this beautiful resort. "

"Amazing stay with my family of 5. Property was beautiful and room was perfect for us. Came with a kitchenette, washer/dryer, tv in each room, balcony in each room, bathroom in each room…we loved it. Everything is easily working walking distance and easy to find. We didn’t need much from resort staff, but whoever we had a question they were very helpful "
