"We loved everything about Beloved Playa Mujeres! The food, the service, the room! Everything was amazing. We stayed in the ocean view terrace suite with plunge pool. That suite exuded luxury, comfort and love! The spa was phenomenal! We would definitely book here again for another romantic getaway! "This resort has changed the way I see any other resort for life. The food was beyond excellent, the staff was always welcoming, and the amenities in each and every location within the resort was always amazing. I can't wait to come back to this resort. Also, I recommend to have all-inclusive. "

"Staff all across every area were great! All service at all restaurants, bars, poolside, room maintenance, beach clean up, etc., all was excellent. Location was beautiful. Had room issue at first with other guests in our room, but it was resolved within an hour. In the meantime we were given wrist bands to enjoy amenities as we waited. Room was spacious, got a great room upgrade. VIP service throughout our stay. I’d like to give specific names for good service, but my list was over 30 people long. I’d definitely return to Villa Del Palmar. "

"Really a great location. Would recommend for either families or couples. Super friendly staff, very clean property, housekeeping goes above and beyond. Front desk staff always smiling ready to help. Food delivery by the pool and beach really nice - not just fast food, had nice salads as well. Also got a massage the spa which was A . Always found a shady spot by the pool which is great, not the case in other resorts. This may not be the same if you go during high season. I wish the beach did not have all those sea weeds, but this is not the fault of the hotel. The cleaning crews do their best to remove it. Great hotel!!"

"Everything was beautiful, we booked our reservations for dinner before arriving and it went smoothly. As always the staff is friendly, welcoming, hard working and super helpful. We've been here quite a few times in the past few years since our first stay for our honeymoon. Highly recommend this resort. "
