(1,001 reviews) Expedia is what can be improved not the resort! The resort was beautiful. Only 2 restaurants open out of 3! We had no notification of that… so very little choice for all inclusive. Not fair. On top of that annoyance, I was also charged extra when arrived for my child. I booked my 10year old with us as I always do. I chose the age as there is that option there when you click on child. I received confirmation email stating 2 adults and a child not infant.No age was showing in the receipt. I didn’t think much of it at the moment. So at the resort because of Expedia issue I had to pay over $1200 USD! Beware. Double check everything and call I would say. Do not rely on just email confirmation. I didn’t get much help from Expedia they covered $400 out of this whole price. This was an issue. As we had a family of 5 booking through Expedia as per my recommendation! Very very disappointed.
