"This is a tropical oasis. The grounds are beautiful. This place has everything but a walk-in beach.(some rocks/coral) Lots of food options. Spacious and mostly clean rooms.(It's practically a jungle so some bugs are expected) I would certainly recommend it."

"We liked the overall layout of the property and loved that our room was close to the beach. It's great to have palapas, chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, etc. available too. We really enjoyed the beach, pool, and bar. The bartenders were great and would make anything you wanted. The food was kind of hit and miss. We were glad to have the Secret's buffet next door available to us. As for entertainment provided, we really weren't interested in it so can't comment on that. Overall, we had a great stay. "

"This might just be the best vacation experience we've ever had. We traveled to Cozumel with a large group (4 adults, and 7 teens/early 20's). This house and property completely exceeded our expectations. First, Jasianna, our host, was incredibly gracious, helpful, and responsive. Her recommendations for chef service were spot on (both the hibachi experience and the mexican barbeque were phenomenal), she also had great recommendations for taxi service, excursions, and arranged for grocery delivery for us. Because of this, we didn't feel we needed to rent a car, which saved us both money and hassle. Second, the house was just perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and extras like a small cooler, a soccer ball, etc that made the trip feel more like home. And, it was spotless - seriously the cleanest VRBO I think we've ever had anywhere. The layout was great, we especially loved the 2nd story deck for unwinding after an active day. And, with 11 people, there were plenty of bathrooms, which was important! Third, the location is perfect. The community is quiet and safe, with a shared pool, beach and dock. The security guards were super helpful and friendly, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. It was walking distance to a great beach club (Paradise) where we spent a fun all-inclusive day, and also walking distance to the BEST taco stand. 10/10 highly recommend this property for your next trip!"

We were with friends and family ..plenty of room for all our age groups. with a fully stocked kitchen, there were a few minor issues however they were addressed and dealt with quickly By Mario Yet again a wonderful stay until next time..Many thanks"
