"We stayed at The Reef Coco Beach in Playa del Carmen and upgraded to the Premium package—definitely worth it! From the moment we arrived, the service felt elevated. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the room, and the minibar was restocked daily, which was a great touch. The beach is beautiful and steps away, though a bit narrow in places. The VIP bar (Bar & Mar) was perfect for relaxing with premium cocktails in a more private setting. Having access to the Japanese restaurant Samurai was a highlight—delicious food and fun teppanyaki-style cooking. We also loved that we could use the amenities at the sister resort (Reef Playacar)—they even included the shuttle!"

"this is the 5th time my family has stayed with this resort. Please, i highly recommend providing juice atleast but preferably coffee as early as 4am. To not provide any liquids for your customers and be told to go to 7/11 i do not feel is acceptable. Outside of this, we love this place."

"This was my second time at one of the princess resorts, first was grand sunset. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very attentive to our needs. There wasn’t a second where they didn’t go above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. "

"Google review for Ocean We chose this property after staying at Ocean El Faro in DR which I loved! Our room was a great size, clean, bright and airy! We were in the Privelege building which is closest to the main square, most restaurants and lobby/ bar. Food- Specialty Restaurants such as Tepenyaki, Italian, Mexican, and Romantic dinner were all really good. Food was fresh, offered nice variety and delicious. The Buffet was always good whether it was for breakfast lunch or dinner. We liked that the buffet offered different cuisines for dinner each nite such as Brazilian and Italian. The pizza bar that made fresh assorted pies from 12-5pm was one of my favorites for a mid day bite. Pools- 2 pools, one quiet which was the larger one the other was the activity pool with the swim up bar which is where we spent more of our time. Foam party,nite foam party which was so much fun and different! Never change that. Evening Entertainment, was hosted at the main square which was perfect for after dinner and offered a variety of shows. Beach- the beach was nice with calm warm waters and limited sargassum. The hammocks were so relaxing and shaded and we took the best nap there. Drinks- all drinks/ cocktails were made with quality liquors and mixers and there were plenty of options to choose from. Only true Con I’d say is there are many mosquitos so please come prepared with plenty of bug spray because you will get bit up especially at night!"
