RUN away from this place. Booked via expedia for 1 adult and 2 kids ages (5) and (9). When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk said we have you down for two adults, but I’ll speak to my manager and see if the cost is less or more for two kids.
She proceeded to give me the room key, and once I walked in the room, we noticed baby spiders on the bed, and under the sheets. I opened to curtain for more light, and additional bugs started to crawl. Also, the room only had one king vs two doubles as my booking noted. (I attempted to reach Expedia to clarify the issue of parties, but the chat option, and the two phones provided would not work.) I go back to check- in to request the double beds, and a new room based on the spider infestation, and bugs. They give me a new room and the nightmare then continues. The new room phone started to ring nonstop at odd hours. I discover the whole resort was calling my room for wake ups and service. They told another customer that someone was sent to fix the problem, but that never happen. I took the phone off the hook, but the phone then proceeded with a loud beeping noise nonstop. Talking about something to drive a person nuts. The manager said it was an IT issues, but was trying to get it fixed.
Receiving 25-30 calls at odd hours, lack of customer service from the resort, and not being able to reach Expedia caused me, and my children additional stress. Then, get this now they say I owe 200 for kids when Expedia listed the wrong amount.
