"I do not want to reflect this on the staff at all as all personnel were extremely helpful attentive and friendly. But there are things that are needing improvement. The food was terrible 😭breakfast lunch and dinner was yucky! The only saving grace was the hibachi . Only buffet for breakfast and lunch and if you are Lucky to get a reservation at a a specialty restaurant at night . That’s the only à la carte ordering. The property needs updating and remodeling all around my shower head was hanging on the wall and we had to make it work with the in shower clothes line just as one example. The couple we went with had sewer water back up into their bathroom because of the rain. No one tells you that this resort isn’t even finished! There is a section that has unfinished hotel pads . The lobby has couches without cushions so upon entering you are Already scared of what the heck 5k has purchased."

"The location itself was stunning. The grounds are maintained well and the beach was very clean. The food served at both the buffets were surprisingly good (except for the deserts). The cocktails were not made well. Our air conditioner in our room only worked on low and wouldn’t get the room colder than 25 Celsius which is better than nothing considering the heat. The nightclub room wasn’t open every night and the air conditioning in there was working well either. The bar in the nightclub was not operating at the time of our visit. The spa wasn’t fully staffed so we were never able to make an appointment. "

"Had a wonderful time! The only thing we had trouble with was the hot tub only worked for 2 of the days we were there. It got kind of cooler and cloudy the last two when we really needed it but other than that fantastic property and would definitely stay there again. I do recommend a car though as it is far from restaurants except for the fabulous taco place right outside the gates!!"

"Everything was great. Loved the 1st floor walkout. Great views of the sunsets, the beach and the pools. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Very peaceful & serene. The casa is immaculate and comfortable. Friendly staff! Facilities are fresh and well maintained. It was an awesome trip!"

"The unit was very lovely with plenty of space and a large balcony for dining and relaxing. It looked even nicer than in the photos and was incredibly well-stocked. The property was beautifully maintained. We loved having a beach right on the property. We rented a car, which made the location work for us as it is definitely a drive to get to restaurants and shopping. "
