The ladies at the Royal check in, I failed to get their names, but I hope they are recognized as they made the check in so smooth and so sweet. Now about the resort. This resort was fabulous. the accommodations were fabulous, all the food was really good, Pools and beach is outstanding. Wish the Mexican food was more authentic, but the staff, wonderful. Seafood restaurant was good as was the Mediterranean. It’s a smaller resort and loved the feel of being surrounded by nature. Staff were friendly and responsive. Loved that there wasn’t a prominent tip culture. It was a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Loved being able to snorkel from the beach and take out the kayaks.
