The staff was excellent, very focused on customer service. The “resort” wasn’t exactly as it was described a lot smaller and more like a hotel however the trip was relaxing. I wouldn’t compliment the food, it was rather on the cheap side and seemed like it was a lot of frozen food rather than made to order. The friendly nature of the people and the cleanliness made up for a lot. However I would not be a return customer

This hotel is the absolute best. We have stayed here ten times and will be back in February and November 2026. The staff is what makes this hotel so special. Yes, everything is clean, food is great, location is to die for - but the staff treats you like family and they make us want to come back over and over again!

The resort itself was first class, all of the staff was amazing, super friendly, clean, and professional. The food was absolutely amazing everywhere we went and was definitely not a disappointment for an all-inclusive resort. The rooms were very nice very clean and accommodating. Wish there was a little more nighttime entertainment or things to do especially on a cloudy or rainy day. We stayed for six nights and had an amazing time. ALAN was our favorite guy there who was so friendly and helpful and brought us drinks faster than we could drink them. But everyone there was just as kind and courteous. Would definitely return here. Only downside was there was no beach, but we knew that upfront.

Great service and the food was amazing. The coffee shop every morning was one of our favorite parts of the day! Service was exceptional. I am drawing a blank on her name now, maybe Jennifer but she was wonderful and could remember our order of 7 drinks every day! We will be back. The kids loved being able to snorkel right there!

Breakfast was really good, food after that is subpar, food quality has suffered. And the Micheal Jackson show is no more, which was a great highlight, sad to see it go. Service was great as always, the staff did their best with what they had.

By far the best report I've ever stayed. It was beautiful, cleaning, perfect location, walked around the area safely, took a water taxi to playa de Carmen, staff was amazing, food was really good, coffee bar was my favorite, the waiter were attentive, relaxed. My next trip will be booked soon

Resort very clean. Staff very polite and helpful. All amenities are CHI. They even have a CHI straightener to use. Only thing I wish they had was ceiling fans. We walked across the street to Chadrauri. Not sure I spelled that correctly, but they had everything we needed.

The balcony views are beautiful. Our room overlooked the dock area and was very quiet. My only concern about the entire property was the tile. The wet tile was very slick, and 100% of the indoor and outdoor floor was tile. Be careful.
