This resort was amazing and centrally located on the strip and close to all of the stores. It has everything that you could need and the staff is exceptionally amazing. Anything that you want they will go above and beyond to make it happen, even if they have seek third-party. In the pictures online it looked like they had a beach, but they do not have a beach at all. Which was fine with us because everything else that they had to offer made up for it. Usually at all inclusive resorts, the food is kind of mediocre, but the food was exceptionally good at all the restaurants. You can really tell their number one goal is to make sure that you stay is exceptionally pleasurable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very nice and good range of food choices with very good quality with great service from the top quality staff. Room was great with own bar and water etc housekeeping was little hit and miss some days but I easily sorted. Beware you will have to experience the usual sales team trying to get you to sign up to various memberships. We knew what we were getting into with the presentation but you do get resort credits which was great for the spa. Would recommend and it is one of the few all inclusive resorts we would consider again as the staff were exceptional.

Amazing place if you just want to relax, receive fantastic service and enjoy the all inclusive delicious food and drink. Restaurant quality and service was exceptional. (Remember to bring some proper footwear for the semi formal Italian restaurant. I had to buy some sandals from the shop across the road) Jumping off the jetty into the warm caribbean sea was a great start to the day. Coming from Australia we loved the mix of American, Canadian and Spanish banter during the daily pool volleyball game. Thankyou for such a great experience. Our family of 5 loved it.

This was one of the best places we have every stayed. It had a smaller feel and didn't feel busy at all. There were so many areas to sit and enjoy the sun or shade, the staff was top notch and super friendly. We would come back every year if we could!

Palace resorts are amazing. Our 4th visit to one. This resort is small but it made our trip that more memorable. The guests and staff were all amazing. Activities were plentiful and we discovered snorkeling a few steps away from your lounge chair..
