Excellent property, spacious room, staff was very courteous, and perfect location downtown central to shopping, restaurants, and plenty to-do’s.
Gorgeous hotel! Staff was incredible- very friendly and accommodating. I would love to stay here again.
This was a very nice hotel! The room was a perfect size for my boyfriend and I. We didn’t have a fridge in our room, and I don’t know if I should have asked, but we ate out the first night and had to throw our food out:(
The lounge was good. Very confortable. The rooms are good too
It is a very convenient location. The rooms are wee-kept. I like that they have a free breakfast, but I felt that it could have been better. I like to eat healthier foods.
Fantastic hotel, wonderful and attentive staff. We had an issue and they immediately upgraded us without hesitation. Hotel architecture is awesome. Hotel is one block away from the bean at Millenium Park and a 20 min walk from Navy Pier. Definately recommend this hotel.
Very well located and quiet; very friendly staff, and the room was impecable, the same as the bathroom. Thanks!
I loved the smell that was sprayed in the elevators!!! Wish i couldve taken a bottle home lol!!!! Angel, the bartender was absolutely awesome!!! We made sure went and had a drink at the bar every night of our stay!
excellent location . Close to transportation. Walking distance to many sites and good restaurants. Have nothing negative to say about the hotel
