Disappointing. Room was not cleaned properly. Only the bed was made. Asked for the room to be cleaned again and that never happened. The breakfast was disgusting. Plastic plates were dirty and then were removed and replaced with disposable plates after people complained. The noise at night was unbearable. You can everything happening outside even though our room was at high level. Zero noise cancellation windows. Never staying there again.

Disliked: Staff & service
Not worth the money. Staff seemed to look down upon us because we do not appear to be high class "business" people. Breakfast food was all cold. Our room was ok but not worth what we paid. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and lifting up so it was lifting up when stepped on which is dangerous when you are disabled. Ice machines were almost all out of order. Only one elevator was working which causes a long wait when there are 17 floors and you have to take the elevator because you are in a wheelchair. Valet costs extra but they dont help you with your bags only park your car even if you are in a wheelchair and have a full cart full of medical supplies (oxygen tanks etc). It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't go back if i was ever to stay in chicago again.
