Every morning I woke up on the 3 nights that I stayed here, I woke up to the hotel trying charge my card amounts ranging from $450 to $780. It was a very unpleasant thing to see when waking up especially since it happened 3 times. Also, be warned there’s a $75 per night holding fee that Expedia doesn’t have listed. We had to paid an extra $225, but we do get this back a few days after checking out.

I had a terrible experience at this Hilton property. There was a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. It was t just a slow leak, it was a bubbles up ceiling with water flowing out. This happened one night when we were sleeping so we didn’t notice until the morning so the leaking water ruined all of my makeup and bathroom supplies which were in the bathroom. The floor was soaked with a half inch of water. There were clothes on the floor of the bathroom which were also ruined unfortunately. When I spoke to the property manager in the morning, he said there was nothing he could do for the ruined property of of mine or give me a refund due to the fact I booked through experida. I am extremely disappointed.
