We chose this hotel based on location and price. We were very shocked to be charged an additional $179 for 2 nights in addition to the rates paid on Expedia. Hotel is older and in need of updates and not super clean. Would not recommend!

Where asking housekeeping to clean the room they don’t clean the room .. there just take the garbage but they don’t put garbage bag .. that’s the worst hotel i ever stay I don’t want to come back or stay that hotel .. terrible I don’t want to recommend it .. the service is suck ..

I was looking to be booked in a high floor but they booked me in 5th floor . The toilet every two minute flushing, too nosy, barely sleep. Room so tiny .

The hotel is centrally located to shopping and restaurants. The room was large and very comfortable. Only complaint was their policy to only have housekeeping clean rooms every four days! Every other day is one thing, but four days is too long.

When we showed up on the property room was already given to someone else. Won't recommend this hotel. Poor judgement of over-booking and not honoring the commitment specially in the high season of Chicago conferences.
