I usually don't write reviews but after my stay thought that a review might help others. The staff was extremely friendly. We arrived at 1:30pm and our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. Our room had the most amazing view overlooking the river. The location was perfect. This is where the great stops and the disappointing starts. The room was very worn. The king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. The t.v. was an old model that would randomly stop and glitch.The toilet barely flushed and after the first day became clogged. I tried texing the number provived for service with no reponse. The CQ app would not download on my phone stating that my phone was too new of a version and the app was made for older versions. I'm sure if I stopped at the desk they more than likely would have accommodated us with a new room. I did not choose to do this because the view was amazing and we didn't want the hassel. With that being said, we have stayed in many different hotels on the Riverwalk that have had a great view, location, clean rooms, and convenient accommodations. We will not be returning to this particular hotel that missing most of the above.
