It’s at a good location. Near a lot of stores. Walking distance to many great restaurants and touristic attractions. Transportation is nearby, buses & train. I loved it here! So convenient.

The hotel is amazing but the parking across the street is akin to highway robbery. I can’t believe it is even ethical to charge that much for a 2 day stay. Beware.

Loved the art deco style. Loved location as we saw a play at the Cadillac palace theatre and was close to many sights/events the following day. The one thing I did not like was the bed. Kinda uncomfortable

The decor was really cool and the staff were friendly but this hotel had no basic amenities. There is no restaurant, no room service, no microwave in rooms unless you ask, no shower caps and little neat items in the bathroom. The bathrooms are very small. The rooms are also really tight and small, I think some of the rooms need a wall knocked out to be combined. It wasn’t what you’d expect in downtown Chicago.
