Overall this was a great property. The room we had was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Beautiful views. The staff was great, the included hot breakfast was good. However, parking is limited, and when we arrived they had no space for us. We had to park down the block and haul all of our luggage in. (This option was half the price though, which was nice). The other thing i will mention is the pool and hot tub. The pool itself is very small. It felt packed with 6 people in it. Neither the pool nor hot tub were clean. In the pool, the water was so foggy you couldnt see through it. In the hot tub there was probably 4 inches of grimy grey foam on top of the water. We chose not to use it, which was a shame, since that was one reason we chose this hotel. Outside of the pool, the parking issue wasnt huge, and the rest of the hotel was really well kept, breakfast was great and we loved our room. I would stay again.

Property was mostly clean and in a convenient area within walking distance to Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum. It was a non-smoking room but had a musky smoky odor anyway when we arrived. Shower head randomly leaked and made noise throughout the night. However, it was still a comfortable room and friendly staff.

We appreciated the safety measure of needing to use a key card to travel on the elevator. We reserved an room that was supposed to be accessible for our son, who is deaf. However the door alert did not work.
