This hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was modern, clean, the staff was great. I called because our flight got cancelled so we were forced to drive so we were going to arrive after Check in. This was the day of Crowdstrike. The front desk checked me in so I wouldnt lose my room. That was so amazing. The check in/out process was smooth. The room was so clean and beautiful. There was only 1 issue, the shower leaked the entire time, and it was noisy because it leaked on the metal part of the shower. Had to put a cloth over it so it wouldn't be as loud. The central air drowned it out a bit plus we had a sound machine for sleep. But we managed to get great sleep in the comfortable bed. The gym was amazing and it had a Peloton bike which I was so happy about. It was big and had more than enough equipment. The breakfast was awesome also. The kids had a good time in the pool. There were way too many kids at the time, kind of disruptive. They really should have a staff member there periodically checking to keep things in order. Other than that, Defintely 5 stars, would defintely stay again.

I attended a convention in a nearby hotel. I walked to it everyday and felt safe. Homewood suites was clean and the kitchen was very convenient.

Really nice room, hotel in really great location to enjoy museums and aquarium, good breakfast and pool but always really crowded with families with tons of kids. Other than that we were very satisfied and would stay again.

Overall, this hotel was great. Very convenient location. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast included was basic, but delicious, and a nice start to our busy days. There was a nice outdoor area near the breakfast room, but it was very sparsely furnished. Would have been a great area for our large group to be able to sit and chat together. Would still stay again.

I witnessed the staff gossiping about guests on two separate occasions. I also didn't like how long the valet took to park and get your car it was either fast or slow like my car sat on the side of the road for over an hour at night.

We only stayed for one day but since the beginning the staff was great, like the lady in the front desk was really helpful with our reservation, the breakfast was really good, the room was so clean. I'll consider this location in the future if I need to travel again
