We decided to take a last minute trip to the city for our sons birthday. We booked on Thursday afternoon and arrived Friday afternoon. Before booking we called to ask if the pool was open since we’ve had an issue with a different hotel in the past closing their pool. They said it was open. When we arrived we asked to confirm the pool was open until 8 and they told us it was closed for repairs. We have three boys under 7 who were there to swim after the museum’s. Instead of swimming we went to dinner. Came back and put left overs in the cold fridge. Woke up to a warm fridge and food ruined. Went to breakfast and had to wait at the bar for a table since it was so crowded. Finally get a table and wait in the disorganized lines for food. The staff was trying to replace food and plates since everything was picked over or completely out but they were doing it with large wheels on carts that there wasn’t any room for. On Saturday after a day out we came back to use the pool. The pool is extremely tiny and apparently had no capacity limit. Five adults would MAYBE be able to move around comfortably. It was over crowded with parents on their phones allowing their kids to rough house and smash into everyone. It became so dangerous that I had to make my kids leave. There were used towels all over the floor and the water was cloudy. The surrounding area is a ghost town at night and completely shut down on the weekends.

Excellent and friendly staff. Understaffed as is every other company but most notably during the breakfast session. I’m not a fan of the glass bathroom doors and the acoustics of the room was lacking (woke many times due to trash removal from the street and we were on Floor 6).

Rude customer service, specially during breakfast time. There was a lot of noise which started at 11 PM and went until 2 AM. I requested bedding items, and it took longer than 40 minutes to arrive.
