Gorgeous property. Excellent amenities. I asked for a king room. We received an ADA accessible room. Even though we didn’t need ADA. It was right outside of the housekeepers closet. We were awakened by staff multiple times with their loud yelling back and forth to one another. We were out late both ...
Great Location, clean and friendly staff. Everything I look for when traveling to a city. I will definitely make them my first choice when traveling to Chicago
Beautiful place. Restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed by the crowd. Sure wish there was parking.
Small, cozy room. Worked for my short trip. Didn't have some comfort amenities such as a fridge in the room and complementary breakfast, but I would stay there again.
Approachable staff and clean environment no negative vibes
The location was within walking distance to the Art Institute and Grant Park. They offer free WI-Fi and there are two restaurants on site. we only had hot water, and it was hard to wash your hands before the water was scolding
I love this hotel. Great rooms with great view. Most friendly staff. Best shower. The bed and pillows are like heaven. Only complaint is if you drive a car no where to park unless you do valet at 70 something a night and or pay a parking garage. Wish i would of known a head of time.
Hotel was a good size with lots to do (bars/restaurants), lots of space to work quietly also. central location meant it was easy to explore the city
