Rooms were quiet and fine. Area is in loop and close to many attractions. Staff were friendly. The early arrival room charge is a bit of a gouge. Room was clean a bit small but fine
The hotel was exacrly what was promised.
Clean, convenient and great locatuon.
The room that i got was small, but very well organized, with plenty of storage space and well placed electric outlets.
We have stayed here before and were happy to return. We use Union Station and it is an easy walk to the hotel. It's also close to wonderful dining and downtown attractions.
Fresh water stations on each floor was pretty sweet.

There was no microwave or mini-fridge in the room. Housekeeping left three coffee pods for two people. Furniture is scratched; drapes are ripped. Front desk didn’t tell us coffee is available near the lobby (down the steps and around the corner - not visible from check-in). We extended our stay by one night; someone knocked on the door at 9:00 pm to ask why we hadn’t checked out; a few minutes later someone called to ask the same thing. (If we were supposed to check out, the key cards wouldn’t still have worked.) A quiet hotel in a good location but not worth $350 a night.
