Property it self is bit aged and in need of a make over. The staff are super friendly and helpful and made the stay very comfortable.

Overall, our stay was fine. We were told there were roll-away beds, but that was not true. Also, if you're booking this hotel because they say they serve a continental breakfast, I would look elsewhere. The continental breakfast was a few granola bars and some yogurt. The rooms were okay. They don't come to clean unless you ask them a day in advance. The walls are THIN. You can hear everything.

The BW Grant Park is at a lower price point than some of its fancy neighbors. My room had some visible wear and tear, but it was very clean, and the HVAC worked well. Breakfast was limited to fruit, yogurt, and a variety of cereal bars - which was exactly what I wanted. Parking is a little pricey, but their valet service is quick. Overall service is very good

Oh, I would like to talk to somebody about a refund for this stay. It was absolutely horrible. Housekeeping was vacuuming the hall at 10 PM. I have a photo the room was scummy, filthy, dirty, and housekeeping, never cleaned my room. The bathtub and shower was scummy.
