Good hotel for visiting Chicago. Within walking distance to most attractions. Came here with my partner and younger sister and we felt very safe in this area. Very basic amenities, perfect if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the bathroom door, as it tended to get stuck if you shut it all the way and we knocked our heads a few times trying to pull it open. But not a big deal!

Nice that we could walk to Soldier Field and around town. Annoyed that we called to ask what the parking situation is there and they told us just pull up and valet. We did only to find out they were full. The vending machines were all out of order, so we couldn’t get a water. Coffee was empty in the morning and we told them, but 20 minutes later still no coffee. Glad they have a coffee shop close by.

Nosy and unsafe and the train early in the morning just too loud no nose isolation even if you are in the ninth floor, you could still hear people don’t the street shouting and fighting. The front desk not friendly at all all of them except one nice guy was so friendly and helpful.

The carpet in our room was progressively saturated from leaking air conditioner The shower curtain wouldn’t close because the rod was broken The shower wouldn’t drain so we had to stand in water as we showered
