Great location but hotel is a little tired and needs a refresh. Right next to a fire station that you hear day and night. Rooms were not very clean. We had two with adjoining door and both had dirty bathrooms. We called first night to get more blankets and were told they were out. Toilet paper in room was so cheap and rough you should prepare for your ass to be destroyed if you stay there more than one night. They are cutting corners in ways you shouldn’t cut. Columbus tap was very good. Would not stay again.
Overall, it was a nice hotel. However, they did charge my card for an unknown amount where I had to cancel my card. I also had issues with payment processing down in the spa as well. When brought up to the manager, they gave me a hard way to go and there was no empathy or apology.
Was there for a Midwinter dental conference with my staff. We had a fabulous time. Everything was perfect the room, the staff, gym is small but workable. You can have breakfast there only and there is a nice lobby with a great bar and live music in evening. It was great
