The Peninsula in Chicago earns its five-star rating in every possible area of measure. The staff is dialed-in to customer satisfaction and delivers on this mission authentically and collectively. They obviously get along with one another and just seem happy to be part of an outstanding team. I can't imagine staying anywhere else while I'm in Chicago.

Absolutely beautiful! The beds were so comfortable and everyone was so sweet. My flight was cancelled and it was a very long and hectic day, so I booked the Peninsula. I explained what happened to guy at the front (he was super sweet) and he sent a bottle of champagne to my room. I will DEF be back!

Property was classic and nice but worn. One of our towel was torn (i was shocked) and shower head was difficult to operate. Water pressure was low too. Bathroom wall had few cracks But service and staffs were excellent.
