The crib they offered for our infant was clean and new looking! The beds were heavenly and the water was eco-friendly boxed water. We arrived late and got the rest we needed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and organized as well as the bathroom. Patio area was not kept up after the guest stayed out. There was trash every where and not trash cans to put trash in.

I loved the French Croissants - the Sofitel Hotel flies the croissant's dough in from France - great location by the Magnificent Mile in Chicago - rooms were kept clean daily and the room service was impeccable as was the Concierge Services . . . I can't say enough - this is a fabulous hotel chain based out of Paris!
