The hotel probably needs a renovation soon. It does not have the same vibe as Arlo NYC. The gym was very small and the Peloton bike was not usable for me (seat was broken).The restaurant design was only ok and the avocado toast for breakfast had so many red onions, it was not that tasty. The room was nice tho and comfy and the hotel staff were lovely!

We loved our stay at Arlo Chicago. Main factor is the location, it is on Michigan Avenue from which you can walk (1-2 miles max) to most city attractions or starting points for tours. Dining and Shopping choices are also great, probably driven by location as well. The check-in and check-out experience was great, staff are friendly and helpful, and rooms are clean, modern and have all the regular amenities like coffee maker (Nespresso), mini-fridge, etc. One downside with the location is that Uber drivers tend not to pick up at the hotel gate but assign a pickup location which can be difficult to find if you are new to the area. The attached restaurant / bar looked very inviting as well but we did not have time to visit.

The location is superb as it a stone throw away from Millennium Park and many other attractions. The location though does come with loud noise as well it does come with límited to no parking at all.
