When we arrived the hotel, the staff did not allow us to check in because the computer was crashed due to the internet outage. We have to find another hotel to settle down. Please refund our money back.

There was a system outage and we could not check in at 3pm we had a wedding at 5. We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly but could not show up to the wedding with our dog. We had to miss the wedding and we traveled out of state to get there. There was no communication alerting us to this issue and no apology

Convenient and walkable to many attractions. Next door to Sears tower.. nice atmosphere . High ceilings . Rooftop restaurant was very good. Prices in line with other downtown hotels

The only thing missing from this hotel was an ice bucket in the rooms. Also, they have a bar and restaurant however, they close very early especially on weekends and the holiday. 4th of July weekend and the bar closes early! It would be great if you stayed open longer!

The only thing that wasn't great was the AC didn't seem to fully cool/dehumidify the room. In fairness, though, it was a very hot spell (90 plus) and hot even at night.

I loved our stay!! The staff and the rooms were amazing and beautiful. I just didn’t like the parking. We had heavy luggage and had to walk 2 blocks to get to the hotel. I would’ve loved valet but other then that the stay was perfect!
