It took 45 minutes to check in because only one girl was working at the reception desk. rooms are OK but not properly cleaned - showerhead and hose were covered in black mildew, had to use rainfall shower, thankfully that one was OK. Fingerprints and short black hair are all over the furniture. too bad I only saw it at night when I got back to my room after work meetings because I only had time to drop my bag and go to the conference once I got my key, it was absolutely disgusting. I wish I had energy to argue with the manager in the middle of the night… what a shame… charging $400 a night for absolutely disgusting conditions.

I chose this hotel because i swim a lot and the pool was the best hotel pool i ever swam in. Disappointed in fact that had to request refrigerator in room, ice machine on floor broken and had to go to bar to get ice, and no hairdryer. Housekeeping staff very nice! Just a comment - Theme of hotel was "Radison Blue" and only place theme appeared was in lobby. Checkin area and floor hallways didn't carry theme. Hotel could be so much more if real thought was put into the surrounding interior spaces. TX

I used to stay in this hotel whenever I go to Chicago. The location is very good walking distance to many places. However the things that I didn’t like this stay was housekeeping. You have to request it they don’t clean the room everyday and nobody told us at check in. Also they don’t provides extra towels, no shower gel every time you have to call and request.

Air in the room wasn't great, never went below 65 and only blew on fan. Also not enough towels in the room despite there being 3 documented guests. Yes, we could get more from housekeeping but when you go to shower that's the last thing you want to wait for. Lastly, towels in pool area were out, it took at least 30 minutes once housekeeping was notified for some to be brought to the area.

Upon arrival to the business suite, the room was hot, AC not working properly, one positive note - the maintenance man came within 10 minutes and fixed it, he was great. There was no room service to clean the room, make the bed and give new towlels, etc, except for 1 day out of our 3 night stay, which is unacceptable for the star rating of this hotel. Beware of 30$/day for Expedia charges each night that was not mentioned, total 90$ total extra Overall, 2/10 for my review, the gym was great and the outdoor pool was great.

I like the artistic view and uniqueness of the hotel. Would be nice if microwaves were in the rooms. Microwave was in the building just on 2nd floor. But if you on the 13th or 18th floor you have to get on the elevator to go down to the microwave.
