Room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. Staff were all friendly, and the atmosphere around the bar and café area was eclectic. Hustle and bustle, close to so much including the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, Water Tower Place, etc. It's got a different feel from chain hotels and if you're looking for something unique, this place deserves your consideration.
