The hotel was lovely but my booking via expedia hadnt updated properly and i had reserved two rooms but only one of them made it through so it took a long time to check in as they had to manually add my reservation.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Pendry. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They had the room ready for us early when we arrived. Personal touches like the coffee in the morning and punch during the day in the lobby was a nice perk. Room was spacious with all towels and linens you need. Room cleaning doesn’t come at the break of dawn, allowing you to sleep in a bit. Beautiful gold contemporary decor. Would stay again in an instant!!

Deanna, who helped us check out ( very early in the am) was exceptional and went above and beyond! Thank you to her. The only thing that wasn’t just perfect, was a room service meal. My son, and I both ordered a ham and cheese omelette. They were rubbery, not hot, and because there wasn’t enough good gooey cheese inside, they literally fell apart as you cut them to try to eat them. really hard pill to swallow pain $85 for a sub par omelette. Everything that, our stay was wonderful! The housekeeping staff was amazing,. We have definitely found our new Chicago hotel. We will stay there again!

The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are clean and spacious with great amenities, awesome gym and food. What really made it special is the best service I have had in at a hotel. Everyone I had contact with was incredible and made me feel welcomed and special.
