Le meilleur emplacement pour nous à Chicago. Arrêt du Big bus Tour juste en face de l hôtel, ainsi que la promenade de la rivière et les principales avenues. Très propre et calme. Il aurait manqué quelques couverts dans les placards pour que ce soit parfait. Nous avions une kitchenette mais pas assez de couverts pour 4. Excellent séjour !

Property is located in downtown Chicago in a popular area. My room was extremely small. My iron leaked water and when I called room service, they never delivered one. Additionally when I pulled my sheets back, there was either food or dead bugs. I asked them to come and change the sheets. They brought me sheets and I had to change the bed myself. Gym was nice and clean. Free washing and drying.

Overall, it worked for my 1 night stay. However if I were staying a few days, I would not have been happy with the size of the room. I was shocked to see how small it was (website doesn’t properly describe it). Also, self parking that I paid for in advance was 3, yes 3, blocks away.
