"The people that were staying there viewing time shares were very loud, obnoxious, and rude. They took over the pools and swim up bars. Very disruptive. "SeaDust made of vacation so great. The best thing was the service by servers and all restaurant staffs. They were beyond our expectation. "Always look forward to our yearly trips to MIA Reef. It has the best beach on the island in my opinion. The staff makes the experience! They are always so welcoming and ready to make the experience fun and special. The hotel itself is a little outdated but I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else. Dining options improve each year and I love the balconies over the ocean. Definitely a little piece of paradise. Look forward to next year already!"

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Some of the front desk staff and some of the bar staff aren't very friendly. The late night snacks are refrigerated sandwich and taste very old. I wish they have fresh late night snacks which would've made our stay perfect. The buffet food was amazing, the place is very clean, the RIU party was great, the room cleaners are so nice and they clean the rooms so well. Our stay was great and will be back for sure. "
