Very deceiving information on the resort - this is a 1 star hotel for locals - the food was edible but 2 star - the staff is very friendly but little English - very poor tourist attraction organization - not a horrible vacation but very disappointing
Was looking for a unique authentic hotel. This was definitely not it. Food was awful room smelled like mold phone did not work patio door was hard to open staff was only nice when they wanted a tip. No one spoke English. You definitely get what you pay for. Save your money!! Worst vacation we’ve ever had
It is the last resort on the " Hotel Zone" to far from anything. If you dont speak Spanish DO NOT go there. No english at all and staff is rude. Noisy all day because that is where they drop off busloads of people daily for excursions which is right behind the hotel. Lastly no beach whatsoever

The staff was above and beyond. Absolutely had the most amazing bartenders and wait staff- and the people at the front desk were wonderful as well. We were extremely disappointed with the minimal choices of food, limited eating times, it did not feel like an all inclusive when we would have to pay for a snack because “it was late” or we would just decide to go elsewhere with better options. I would certainly like to praise Cesar and Isaac in the bar, and Riqelme in the dining hall. They were all amazing and helpful, and went up and above every day.

Noisy, no wifi, no fridge, no blankets. Small pillows, no tables, no chairs, no elevator, no hot water. they couldn’t find my reservation. They require us to take the tv remote, ac remote, towel card and return at check out when I don’t even need them. Took an hour to check in and no cancellations. Ridiculous hotel.
Not at all as advertised. Hotel was very basic and dated. We had nothing in our room except beds and a tv, no dresser as shown in pictures, no safe or anything. Everything was worn out including the mirror in the bathroom was all patchy and everything looked like it needed a good scrub i didn't want to take my shoes off the whole time. The pool shown was very small and the beach was gross. Dirty sand and was a dock for boat tours right there so that's your view as well as the beach was lined with sand bags. Would not recommend the food to anyone either. Better off going in an air b&b and saving a ton of money.
Sketchy place. Bellhop ASKED for a tip and then gave us the cold shoulder. The one guy in the morning did speak English and was helpful. There was no WiFi in the rooms. The paint was peeling and there were cracks in the walls. We didn’t feel safe and the beds felt like a thin sheet over concrete so we did not sleep well at at. The pool looked nice but it was raining so we didn’t use it. There is literally no beach. It was covered in seaweed and sandbags. Nowhere to go around the motel. I guess you get what you pay for. We left as soon as we could in the morning.
