"Easy access to the beach , the pool was always clean ,all the appliances you need the condo have everything, only thing may be cause the humidity was too much, most of the days when we come back to the condo the floors were wet and we need to mop"

We saw some very negative and very positive reviews and so we were very curious about how our stay would be.
We are Marriott Platinum Elite Members and this property is not one of the finer Marriott properties, but it could have been a nice Marriott property with all of the amenities.

"Hotel agradable, personal servicial y amable. Aire acondicionado bueno en las habitaciones pero malo en areas comunes. Playa poco agradable con mal olor. Aunque era amable, eso es lo que se espera en un hotel de este nivel. Pero parecia estar esa amabilidad condicionada a la propina en algunos miembros del personal, afortunadamente no en todos, algunos si era genuinamente amables. Servicio de expediciones fuera del hotel con mucho que mejorar, viajes muy atropellados y con poco tiempo que no te dejen disfrutar del lugar como Isla Mujeres para tener un precio tan alto. En General fue una buena experiencia, la disfrute pero pudo haber sido mucho mejor."

"This resort is amazing! Great place to relax with no kids it is very laid back. The food is awesome.
The only caution is if you are coming for the beach, please consider this area has a lot of seaweed and you may not be able to swim in the ocean AT ALL depending on the time of the year! There is nothing the resort can do about it.
The staff is really helpful and professional.
