                  Mar 22, 2019

Appreciated that the airline gave us a $15 food voucher after our flight was delayed. Great customer service

                  Mar 20, 2019

Seats are way to crapped. No leg room

                  Mar 14, 2019

This is almost 5 hour flight. I wish I can watch a movie.

                  Mar 13, 2019

                  Very happy with flight

                  Mar 13, 2019

Unhappy with not being able to connect to the internet. So unable to enter a movie. Sat on the tarmack for 75 minutes. Snacks were of poor quality. Should at least given a differnt snack 3 hours later.

                  Mar 12, 2019

The flight to Vegas was fantastic. The return flight was still good, but it was obviously an older plane as the WIFI didn't work and I was not going to pay for the entertainment access....I'd already paid enough for the flight.

                  Mar 10, 2019

We had absolutely no problems with the online check-in on the way to our destination and on the way back which was awesome - would definitely fly with WestJet again because of the no hassle trip!

                  Mar 10, 2019

The overhead luggage compartment was very tight. The luggage was stuck.

                  Mar 4, 2019

Yes. Out return flight to Toronto was delayed and I realize that is nobody’s fault. I, however, did NOT appreciate boarding the plane for business class seats I paid for only to get two economy seats with the middle one blocked. Very deceptive on your part. This was the flight on March 1 from Las Vegas to Toronto scheduled for 12:55 pm and not leaving until almost 6 pm. I will not book with west jet again. Air Canada and air Transat also have business class seats and when you pay for them you actually get them. No priority luggage on your part either. Also the economy seat passengers were using the up front bathroom and clogged the aisles by us. Just all around annoying and deceptive.

                  Mar 3, 2019

I liked that there was an announcement about a passenger’s birthday, and that 2 new flight attendants were introduced as having just dismissed their very first flight with Royge!
