"Went for a girls trip from April 25-April 30 with two close friends. Elevators were not as slow as everyone else writes about. Lots of activities and things to do. Staff & Bartenders especially were really helpful (shoutout to Elmer & Angel from Taboo Lounge Bar). We did not do Diamond Club and felt the stay was worth it. The food was nothing to write home about, but the buffet options were solid. Overall, had a blast and made my first trip to Cancun memorable."

"Beautiful hotel i stay there every year its always clean and staff is always welcoming and super friendly. Very recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Cancun and want a all inclusive hotel. the only thing is the reservations we did not get to go to any of the restuarants because of the wait time and the times of making the reservations it was taken and not available. we were dissapointed we did not get to try any and we were there for 5 days but other than that everything else was great!"
