"Really loved how everything was at my reach for my family. Easy access to the beach from the pool area and really enjoyed the food and service from all of the workers. This was a very friendly hotel for families and loved the kids club and sports lounge. "

" Location was great if you want that busy center of the city feel. It was just completely remodeled so it was clean and new. Service was also nice. The restaurants were ok. No buffet for lunch or dinner and not very diverse in food. All the restaurants tasted the same with similar menus. No shows or performances in the evening. No game room or pool table. "

"Staff and service is incredible. Shoutout to Carlos and the Bartender at the Altitude building. And all of the cleaning ladies do a above and beyond. The guy selling coco bongo tickets at the hotel is a bit hostile, got upset we didnt buy tickets from him the night we went and continued to be upset the rest of our stay there. He could have even pushed the beach party tickets to us but he decided to just be upset about it. Would stay away from him and just get tickets when you get there. Aside...

"Location is great. Easy access to local transportation. Staff are very nice and helpful. Very clean , and we’ll keep up. This my second time staying here. It was my birthday and the hotel staff definitely made me feel special. They brought me a complimentary cake to my room to celebrate my birthday. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cancun. ❤️"

"Staff are very nice but our air conditioner leaked a lot of water, room had flakes of paint coming down because of leaking AC, couldn't lock our patio door but not a huge deal when would be hard to access anyway. Outside of hotel and common areas look well maintained but the room we had needs love. "
