"Typical Embassy Suites"
I've always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites. All of the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby and elevators were kept clean by a crew that were obviously OCD. :) The beds were nice and comfy. All was very clean. Breakfast was good.

"That tropical feeling close to home"
Hotel was nice in general. It was overpriced. I have gotten alot more for much less other places, but it wasnt bad. There were ALOT of people swimming there who didn't have wristbands and weren't hotel guests. The staff didn't do anything about it. The food at the restaurant, McKennas, inside was excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but the beds were extrememy clean and comfy.

"Nice hotel ... Loud at times"
Rooms were really clean. Nice hotel. Door was hard to shut. Everyone had to bang the doors to shut. So it was loud and a dog barked constantly for 15 minutes at night. It wasn't too relaxing. Otherwise nice hotel.

"The only hotel on Sandwich, illinois"
The 1st night, I couldn't sleep. The noise from AC really bother me. The room is to cold, turn out, we don't have blanket, just sheet. This is king size bed with jacuzzi on it. The 2nd tv on jacuzzi area, won't turned off. It's always turn back on, everytime my husband use the the tv remote in front of our bed, so he had to unplug it. The 2nd night. We got queen size bed. Finally I can sleep. But not my husband. All night long he herd loud subwoofer music.

"Great location but not kid friendly."
My family of 4 enjoyed our stayed at this hotel! We had 2 adults (ages 30&25) and 2 children (ages 5&2). The room we stayed in was a double queen room on the 10th floor. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and had a good size TV with satellite. It was a really good view for our children with the river out one window and the iconic Chicago theater on the other side. We had a room kinda close to the subway and we did not hear it at all unless you were actually listening for it. The hotel indoor pool is a decent size. There is not a hot tub or a sauna. The water was definitely enjoyable, not too cold. The hotel is in a great location. It's not to far from Millennium Park. There are a lot of things to look at and my kids enjoyed the Crown Fountain. I gave the hotel overall 4 stars because no free WiFi and we feel the hotel caters more towards adults and young adults. It has a nice modern feel. The lobby had a lot of modern paintings and decor with a bar right in the middle. We liked the security of the elevators. When entering the elevator, you have to scan your hotel key card to get the elevator to work. Anybody visiting this hotel without children will definitely enjoy there stay.

Wonderful people to deal with. There was a little confusion when we went to ask about there business center, so for the wait they either comped you a Drink at the bar or free internet. They make things right
