"Lots to do"
Kinda pricey when the water park is so busy you can't even use it. Saturday was insane. No tubes left and no space to move. Spent all that money and didn't get to swim. Did the arcade instead and ended up spending even more money. Their restaurant was over priced as well. $14 for a burnt hamburger. That being said, it's still a really cool place. If money is no object, it would be a kids dream hotel. Do yourself a favor and if you want to do the water park, don't go on a Saturday. Eat at their pizza or hot dog place to save $ too. More reasonable and their pizza is really good. They had cool activities for young kids like a movie night and a guy was set up doing balloon animals. Really a neat place. Just expensive. Kids will love it.

"Next to perfect for a comfortable night away."
Parking was a bit of a hassle. Such a great hotel has guests enough to fill parking spots. I arrived with my handicapped husband and could not find a parking place near the hotel. The two that I saw were occupied and I didn't know there were two others. It would have been nice when checking in to a handicapped room, had the desk clerk informed me about where handicapped parking would be. On the other hand, having had to park a ways away from the door, I dropped my wallet that was in my lap when I got out of the car in the dark. I discovered it was one the next morning and panicked. The desk clerk "magically" handed it to me. Some kind person had found it on the ground and turned it in with everything in it. What a testimony for a hotel in the greater Chicago area!!

"That tropical feeling close to home"
Hotel was nice in general. It was overpriced. I have gotten alot more for much less other places, but it wasnt bad. There were ALOT of people swimming there who didn't have wristbands and weren't hotel guests. The staff didn't do anything about it. The food at the restaurant, McKennas, inside was excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but the beds were extrememy clean and comfy.

"Good stay"
The hotel was nice and it was a good stay. I think it might be better to have more staff on the front desk (especially, if there is some kind of convention or event happening there), because there was a lot of people waiting and with only 2 staff working on the front desk, it took a long time to get checked in. But other than that, it was a pleasant stay!

With so many different things to do, it can be tricky to decide on what to see first. We suggest following the funny faces.

Widely known as the “Bean,” the giant metallic bean structure in Millennium Park is a family favourite. Due to the curvy shape, it’s easy to make funny faces and watch as your head and body grow to all shapes and sizes. Needless to say, it’s usually a hit with the kiddos. Another way to experience some family fun in Chicago is by heading over to Lincoln Park Zoo. The historic zoo has been open since 1868 and offers free admission to travellers of all ages. Check out the variety of animal exhibits, including lions, tigers, and yes, bears. Speaking of bears, consider taking the family out to a Chicago Bears game if you’re in town during football season. Their fans are notoriously loyal, loud, and proud, and it’s always an experience hanging out in the crowd.

Luckily, you can always count on a touchdown when it comes to finding great deals on the best hotels in Chicago when you book right here on Expedia.ca. Take your pick of accommodations in the city close to the attractions and with the amenities you love on vacation.

If you want your kids bragging to all of their friends back home about the family trip they took, make Chicago the destination. Between beans and bears, you can’t go wrong when you choose Chi-Town for your next adventure.
