The staff made the experience great. I only stayed here because I had to because I missed a flight. But multiple staff were professional and proactively helpful in making the routine check in experience simple but also in engaging me in helpful ways to provide information on how to handle my flight and departure the next day. 5 stars!

Staff & services are fantastic, amazing 5 star service but the building, specifically the rooms, are way too dated and in poor condition. Not up to today’s standards for top tier hotel. Rooms could never cool off and you could literally feel the heat come through the glass. Just an old building & facility that is great location but needs major renovations to keep pace with what one would expect from a Hilton. Kudos to the staff for working with poor facilities, though.

The most convenient option of stay when it's a short trip. It was excellent to just walk from the airport and not have to deal with transportation, even better for the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out were available at a cost, worth it in my opinion when you want extra sleep before the plane. Would repeat again.

Bed was super uncomfortable, mattress was old and worn out. . Hair in the shower and bed. Carpet was filthy, and coming up off the floor it made it very difficult to roll your luggage across it. I have stayed here years ago and it was amazing. But it has fmgine down hill. For over $200 per night I expect more from a Hotel.

second stay in 12 days . first time wifi was free and this time i was informed by front desk that is is chargeable. And i checked the website: it is 14.95 a day. Irritating considering the day rate is 250. Talk about being cheap. anyway the lady reluctantly discovered I was a hilton member and gave me a promotional coupon. But no more hilton stays for me

You would think a hotel literally across the street from any airport, let alone O’Hare, would be super loud from the airplanes. It is incredibly quiet (although do ask to be away from the elevators). This could not be any closer to a huge airport. It takes approximately 3-5 mins to walk to arrivals or departures and you can walk outside or through a nicely lit walkway-no hotel shuttle to wait for! It’s so worth the little extra splurge at the beginning and/or end of a long trip to stay here. Also, parking is $75/night but you can get it online ahead of time for about $40. This is the pricier part of staying here actually so you could pay to park elsewhere, take that hotel’s free shuttle to the airport and just stay at the Hilton before an early morning flight to save quite a few bucks on parking.
