we paid for a updated room which was nice but the lack of detail to repairs is evident, fireplace glass loose and ready to fall out, loose dishwasher handle, ripped back of chair. We asked to replace our dirty wine glasses and coffee mugs and they were not.
On initial entry, greeted by door person and desk. Had very nice young man help with bags and take us to our room in the first tower. Although we were on 3rd floor upon entering the elevator we found we were actually on the 4th floor and needed to go down to get to 3. Not sure we could have found ...
Great hotel, very nice rooms, very clean and close to Michigan avenue shopping and also close to Millennium Park. (Walking distance for both)
Division St is very active and has everything you need. The hotel is also close to downtown. I loved the relaxing tone of the room and everything was perfect. However, I must say it was rather unpleasant to have arrived to Chicago in the middle of a thunderstorm, parking in one of the sidestreets, ...

What can I say? This place is phenomenal! From the rooms (spacious and comfortable) to the service (always top-notch), the Waldorf is simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in during numerous visits to the Windy City.

Chicago is one of America’s biggest cities and is home to a number of award-winning spas. Simply take your pick of locales and get ready for full-body treatments. Start with an exfoliation, which can use anything from coffee to lemons to get your skin scrubbed. Follow it with a cocoon wrap in oils and herbs, and prepare for a nice long massage, getting all the week’s tension out of those back, neck, and arm muscles. Top it off with a manicure and pedicure. From your head to your toes, you’ll be fully relaxed and rejuvenated for your Chicago vacation.
Keep the luxury going with a trip to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. It’s considered one of the best in the nation, so you can always count on a riveting experience. You may also want to check out the Art Institute of Chicago. Known for a splatter of styles, you can admire just about any time period or art medium. You may also want to walk around North Pond Nature Sanctuary in Lincoln Park, a majestic lake set against the backdrop of the bustling metropolis.
