"Love the theme and staff"
20's theme is very cool and nice that it is felt throughout hotel. Staff is very friendly and complimentary coffee/tea and happy hour is a great touch. The room was very clean but had a few Knicks here and there in the paint. Bed was super comfortable. No train noise noticed!

"Cnetral Chicago hotel"
We spent a week at this hotel: on arrival on a Friday the downstairs bars were very lively! but our rooms were quiet and well appointed. Weekends - lots of wedding quests and Monday onwards business people.. Being centrally situated was excellent and the hotel is close to restaurants and ther faiclities. We really enjoyed our stay here.

"Nice Boutique hotel; great location!"
I love a smaller hotel and this one did not disappoint! Though our room faced East Ontario, we were on a high floor so it was very quiet. The room was well sized; the bathroom was a little on the small side but that is expected for a city location. The staff was always friendly and helpful! Great gym and spa on the lower level and we were walking distance to just about anything we wanted to do! We will definitely be back!!!

"Nice hotel in a convenient location"
We had a great room with a view of the lake. The location, just next to Millennium Park, was superb and we were just two blocks away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable.

"Nice hotel and service, good location"
Location is good. 10-20 minutes’ walk (8 – 10 blocks) to South to the “river” area. It is a nice walk along the “magnificent mile” part of the Michigan ave. There are other hotels closer to that area if you do not want the walk. Just a block from the 360 Chicago Observatory. Facilities are very good. The Lobby is on the 5th floor making in / out of the hotel a bit inconvenient with a separate elevator ride. Because of this the entrance to the hotel is rather underwhelming as well. Lobby area is nice with the main restaurant. You will probably not have lunch / dinner here but breakfast is good. There is a Chinese restaurant and a bar as well that we did not try. Rooms are near excellent. Clean, new and modern although not big. Beds are some of the best I had. The room would have been a top 5 star except for the single lavatory where double is now common on top hotels. Service is excellent with one exception that there was no water in the room the first day. It may have been an isolated case, but you may want to check that when you check in. Front desk and concierge were great. The latter had very good suggestions for restaurants (need to go to “Chicago Cuts” and the “Signature Room”). One exception for the excellent was the night-time service at the main restaurant where we had some drinks – but that may have been just on person, we’ll not count it.

Chi-Town isn’t just one of the largest cities in the United States; it’s also one of the most romantic.

Start your couples weekend by checking out one of the city’s signature attractions: the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel. Modeled after the very first Ferris wheel that debuted in Chicago’s 1893 World’s Fair, the Navy Pier Wheel has been a romantic favourite for generations. After the pier, get those creative gears really spinning when you take your partner to the Art Institute of Chicago. The centre spotlights everything from turn-of-the-century photographs, to impressionist paintings, to abstract art. If you and your partner-in-crime love improv, don’t miss a show at the Second City. This legendary improv group is considered a pseudo comedy college for budding stars. Many Second City players move on to television and movie gigs, so catch a performance before they’re gone.

When it comes to deals on your accommodations in the city, we know discounts are no laughing matter. So book right here on Expedia.ca to find the top discounts on the best romantic hotels in Chicago. Take your pick of rooms and suites with epic window views and special amenities like in-house dining. Whether you’re on your first big trip together or it’s your anniversary, you can’t go wrong with a romantic trip to Chicago. Take in the sights while saving money on your accommodations. With the cash left over, you’ll have more than enough for an extra trip up the Ferris wheel, hand in hand.
