They were very pleasant and helpful with our needs. It gets loud, street traffic. While the parking lot is a nice feature, I wish I knew they were going to charge me an additional fee for it.

Although nothing particularly fancy, this was a great place to stay while visiting Chicago for the first time. Very nice people and great service!

I was charged triple the amount that I was quoted at. I am trying to call the front desk with no response. I’ve been making phone calls for an hour and will continue until I get some kind of correspondence. Seriously, do not recommend this motel.

I love this place. The woman who checked me in and was behind the counter most of my stay was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and all the amenities were great. The parking situation is fantastic, the rate isn't bad and you can self park near your room. In a major city like this, in the middle of the metro area, that's a rarity. Wish every city had one of these.
